Ingredients

    • 2 boneless chicken breasts
    • ¼ cup fermented kimchi, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  2. Stuff with Brie and kimchi, then secure with toothpicks.
  3. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear in a pan with olive oil, then bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
