Kimchi & Brie Stuffed Chicken Breast

A luxurious and flavor-packed dish where creamy Brie and spicy kimchi create a decadent contrast inside juicy chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup fermented kimchi, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff with Brie and kimchi, then secure with toothpicks.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear in a pan with olive oil, then bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
