Miso Soup
Miso soup is made from fermented soybeans, a rich source of probiotics that promote healthy digestion. The fermentation process helps break down nutrients, making them easier to digest while supporting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and enhancing overall gut health.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1-2 tbsp miso paste
- 1/4 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp seaweed (optional)
Instructions
- Heat water in a pot.
- Stir in miso paste until dissolved.
- Add tofu and seaweed, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
