Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp black tea leaves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 kombucha SCOBY
- 1 cup starter tea (from previous batch)
Instructions
- Brew tea with water and sugar, cool to room temperature.
- Add tea to a jar, then add SCOBY and starter tea.
- Cover with cloth and ferment for 7-14 days.
- Taste and bottle for a second ferment if desired.
