Kombucha Poached Pears with Cardamom Crème

A refined dessert with naturally sweet poached pears infused with kombucha and aromatic spices served with a silky crème.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, peeled
- 1 cup kombucha (ginger or apple flavor)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut cream
Instructions
- Simmer kombucha, honey, cinnamon, and cardamom in a pan.
- Add pears and poach for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or coconut cream.
